For your safety and as a courtesy to the performers, please remain seated until the performance has ended and the house lights have come on. Please turn off cell phones and beepers. Heavy fragrances (perfumes/colognes) can be distracting and cause allergic reactions for some guests. Please be considerate of others.

Food and Drinks

No food and/or drinks are allowed in the theatre.

Please mention your interest in wheelchair accessible seating or other accommodations when placing your ticket order. Wheelchair accessible seating is available for purchase online.

A designated drop-off area is located at the front of the theatre.

Parking spaces for persons with disabilities provide easy access to the theatre. Shuttle carts are also available to take patrons from the parking lot to the theatre entrance.

Box Office Hours

Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and one hour before showtime. For performances that are held in the University Center Auditorium, a box office staff member will be available for ticket purchases and will call in the University Center Lobby one hour before showtime. The Box Office in front of the Theatre will not be open; therefore, tickets can only be purchased in person one hour prior to showtime and not over the phone for University Center performances. Summer hours vary so please call 863-784-7178 for the latest information.

By Phone

Call 863-784-7178. Charge your tickets with VISA, MasterCard or Discover.

Customers can also choose to stop by the SFSC Box Office walk-up window located at the front of the SFSC Theatre for the Performing Arts.

Online Ticket Sales

Online sales are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Visit our online ticketing partner to purchase tickets online.

Online sales feature a seating chart and the ability to see what seats are available. Tickets may be mailed for a small fee or held at will-call pickup. Tickets are purchased with Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Box Office Information

Tickets may be reserved for five business days during which time customers may send a check or pick up the tickets in person. After five days, the tickets will be released for sale. Tickets reserved less than five days prior to a performance must be picked up at least 45 minutes prior to show time, or they will released for sale.

Refunds and Exchanges

We have priced our tickets at the very lowest possible cost; therefore, we regret that there are no refunds or exchanges.

Help us Fill Seats

We all dislike attending sold-out performances only to see empty seats around the theatre. If you are unable to attend a performance, please notify the SFSC Box Office prior to the show. Although no refunds will be given, you can receive a tax credit for the value of your tickets, and you will give someone the opportunity to attend a spectacular performance.
